We host one event per month, plus 3 to 4 signature gatherings throughout the year. Think: rare bottle shares, distiller-led tastings, and BBQ that actually lives up to the hype.
EXCLUSIVE BARRELS
We source unique single barrels from top distillers nationwide. Members get first access to these limited releases, often before anyone else, ensuring every pour is special and worth savoring.

Yesterday was a pretty good reminder of why KCBC exists.
We teamed up with Fuel House, Heaven Hill, and Elijah Craig for an evening of great bourbon, great people, and an even greater cause—raising money for Happy Hearts Working.
Every pour, every conversation, and every bottle shared helps make a difference for families right here in our community. That’s what KCBC has always been about: bringing bourbon lovers together to do something bigger than bourbon.

When Four Roses drops a bottle of Anthology 21 Year complete with its own plush robe, you don’t ask questions—you lean into it.
The robe inspired us to see if there was actually a cocktail called the Bourbon Bunny… and sure enough, there is. We didn’t make it up, but this bottle looked like it was more than ready for the role.
🥕 The Bourbon Bunny
* 1.5 oz Bourbon
* 0.5 oz Absinthe
* 1 oz Carrot Juice
* 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
* 0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
* 0.25 oz Maple Syrup
* Mint sprig for garnish
Shake with ice, strain, and garnish with fresh mint.
One recommendation though… don’t use 21-year-old juice for a cocktail. The Anthology deserves to be enjoyed neat. A Four Roses Single Barrel would make one hell of a Bourbon Bunny and leave you with enough money for another bottle.
